The city of Marbella is considered the chief town of the Costa del Sol. Warm climate, mediterranean beaches, magnificent environment, friendly people have made Marbella famous all over the world, chosen by many personalities and celebrities.

Thanks to its location on the beachfront, protected by the mountains of Sierra Blanca, makes marbella microclimate and its sweet temperatures its main attraction.
Since long time ago, Marbella has been choosen as summer residence and rest for the “jet set” and celebrities in general. The place more in vogue is Puerto Banús, with its yachts, fashion shops and golf courses of which Marbella has the highest nationally concentration.

The 27 Kilometres of coastline allow us to choose among 24 beaches where to tan or enjoy warm waters and the typical cuisine of the spanish “chiringuitos” (typical restaurants on the beach).
Marbella also has a rich culture that includes historic remains that man has left since its inception, around 1600 BC.

The Roman baths and the city ruins, the Paleochristian basilica, the walls and towers of the period of Muslim domination and the churches and shrines of Christian times show the passage of various civilizations in the area.

Without any doubt, the the old town concentrates most of the monuments. With the structure of a typical Andalusian village of narrow cobbled streets with white fronts and beautiful hanging pots full of flowers. At its heart, the Plaza de los Naranjos; during spring time the fragrance of orange blossom pleases you the way, ideal place for a break and enjoy a drink in one of its terraces.

By road, the toll AP-7 or the A-7 (old N-340) will leave you in the town centre. By plane, Malaga Airport is situated at 46 kilometres and by train, you can catch a local train (Cercanías) until Fuengirola, at a distance of 35 kilometres from Marbella.
